Entering the Dark Age of Malaysia...

Manikavasagam, you're free to go, anywhere.

It's tiring to see a small number of the opposition party MPs threatening to leave their parties since 308.

Perak Opposition MPs used to have such problems before this, but have already been settled. And each time those people bark around wanting to leave their parties, believe me, they're just acting around. They're like threatening their boss for not giving them enough benefits I guess?

Excuse has been given by Manika why he wanted to quit PKR, through The Star. But you see, The Star has always been a government-controlled press that has just proven so in the recent KitSiang-TeeKiat issue. The Star had obviously sided Barisan Nasional(TeeKiat) by reporting the reply from the MInister, while had totally filtered out replies from KitSiang(DAP).

Manikam could have been presuaded by BN already to create tension among Pakatan Rakyat's members. That is another reason why this fella is using The Star as a medium to "voice out" his "point of views".

Two possibilities here,
1. Manikam quit Pakatan Rakyat and join Barisan Nasional immediately, and be given a post.

2. Most probably, he wont move a step away from his party at all !

So, I'll be waiting here and see, where will you be going Mr Manika.

Zaid Ibrahim Sacked

Latest updates from UMNO supreme council; the resigned ex-minister Zaid Ibrahim has been sacked from the party after attending KeAdiLan's party gathering last Saturday. Besides, Zaid had also written a letter to Prime Minister, Abdullah Badawi earlier to urge the government to abolish ISA. UMNO considered these rebellious acts as unacceptable actions and hence, Zaid is now officially sacked from UMNO. The decision made my UMNO supreme council is final and cannot be appealed.

Other than that, Zahar Hashim, the head of UMNO Petaling Jaya Selatan division was ordered to have his party membership frozen for 3 years, but without proper reasons why he deserves such punishments.

Zahar Hashim was responsible for uncovering Najib's suspicious EuroCopter deal which had cost government to pay more for the machines. Besides Zahar had also reported to the Anti-corruption Agency on Prime Minister Abdullah abuse of power in the party election.

Mukhriz suggested that Chinese and Tamil schools should be closed down and replaced with SMK. He has reveal his true color which is no difference from his Daddy, Mahathir who had implemented racist policies throughout his regin before PM Abdullah Badawi took over his place as UMNO president. Say No to Racism. Say no to Mahathir ! Say no to UMNO!

Deputy Education Minister of Malaysia Dies

It's sad to announce that our Deputy Education Minister of Malaysia has passed away just now at 6.30 p.m., and according to reliable sources, this tragic accident happened while he was playing badminton.

He collapsed on the badminton court, and eventually failed to be resuscitated.

Razali was the only fellow who replied to my JPA scholarships appeal letter; the rest of the ministers just ignored it. Too bad.

Rest in Peace mate. Life is just so unpredictable.

Raja Petra to be Freed

Raja Petra Kamaruddin is to be freed this afternoon(4pm) after Shah Alam High Court ruled that the detention of the detention of the famous blogger under ISA is Illegal and against the constitution. An order for immediate release of RPK has been issued, which means the second appeal for Habeas Corpus by RPK has been a success.

The high court judge Syed Ahmad Helmy also said in the verdict, that the action taken by the infamous liar minister Syed Hamid Alba to detain RPK is unlawful, and this shows that he had total disregard for the Law of Malaysia.

"The reason for the detention of RPK given by the Minister(Alba) does not have any regards with the authority within Internal Security Act no.(8). Ministers have to carry out their duty lawfully. Any illegal orders or activities will not be protected by the ouster clause." Syed Ahmad Helmy said.

To me personally, Syed Hamid told lies, and the worst of all he abused his power as a minister to put false allegations on people they "think" are "national threats".

Syed Hamid a LOW CLASS MINISTER.

More than 50 RPK's supporters gathered outside the highcourt today together with his wife Mariana Lee, cheering at the judge's brave decision to go against the will of the government, which is not a norm in the jurisdiction of Malaysia in the older days.

Cheers Malaysians.... We do not need a hooligan government!

Pres. Obama on January 20

By winning a strong majority here in this election, Obama hurdled over another myth that, the American Black can never become the US president.

He conquered Florida, Ohio, Colorado(home of the religious right), and also Virginia(was a 40-years-republican strong hold), in which all of the them are the victories that had led Obama towards the White House.

Obama also gave a triumphant speech to the crowd after winning the race to the White House ,“Young and old, rich and poor, Democrat and Republican, black, white, Hispanic, Asian, Native American, gay, straight, disabled and not disabled, Americans have sent a message to the world that we have never been just a collection of red states and blue states,”

“We have been and always will be the United States of America. "
“It’s been a long time coming, but tonight, because of what we did on this day, in this election, at this defining moment, change has come to America,” he said these when faced with an excited gigantic crowd.

The people of America has changed their own destiny by electing an American Black as their country's President, and this made me wonder WHEN will our country progress into a less racism era, and WHEN will the mentality of Malaysian will change with it.

P/S: Congrats, my fellow Obama :)

Ban Utusan, Not Hindraf

Government caused further furore in the Indian and non-Indian communities by banning Hindraf. Hindraf was an organisation which aimed at voicing out the voices of Malaysian Indians, but was declared illegal by the Barisan National government yesterday.

However, and suprisingly, after the ISA hunting spree(caused by irresponsible reports in UTUSAN) few weeks ago, Utusan Malaysia tried to provoke racial tension again, by publishing articles that constantly defamed Teresa Kok, insulting her as the "Queen of Dogs". Besides, whats even more disgusting about this "pencetus minda" (mind-provoking) press Utusan is that they published a cold-blooded novel that used YB J (indicating YB Josephine) as main characters. In that story, eventually, YB Josephine was assasinated. Chamil Wariya, the "novelist" responsible for producing that racist novel, wanted to make fame for himself, and at the same time undermining that little bit of trust left among all races in Malaysia.

I do not understand whether these writers are cheapskate story tellers or real columnists. These incidents have again proved that Utusan has been used by the Barisan National to launch personal attacks against the opposition parties. Utusan Malaysia is a press that report fake news, mostly fabricated by the columnist and reporters themselves. They want to instil hate and anger in the Malay communities in Malaysia by using PIGS, DOGS as their themes in attacking non-Muslim opposition leaders.

They want to create this intense situation, so that the Malays would feel insecure, afraid of trusting non-Malays anymore. They insulted non-Muslims using vulgar words, and UTUSAN THINKS IT IS HALAL TO DO THAT. I guess the Utusan and its extreme columnists are merely a bunch of low-class guard Dogs waiting to bark at Barisan's enemies. Cheers doggies. WOOF!

The reporter(Tan Hoon Cheng) who was illegally detained by Police under ISA was merely reporting FACTS. And UTUSAN is still out there to destroy Unity in Malaysia. WHY IS THAT?

Ban Utusan, Not Hindraf!
I WARN YOU UTUSAN, STOP SPREADING HATE!

"Najib - Shafee" SMS Allegations

Even though Raja Petra is still in captivity under ISA in Kamunting, MalaysiaToday did not cease to reveal shocking news about the Altantuya murder case.

This time it is the Short Messaging Service (SMS) sent between these two people, Najib and Shafee was being posted up in MalaysiaToday website. Shafee was the famous Lawyer for Razak Baginda ( the third accused in AltantuyaMurder Case), but was changed later.

In the entry "Abuse of Power by The Deputy Prime Minister" in RPK's blog, Najib's conversation with Shafee in SmS-es was recorded with exact time and date. In the "conversation", "Najib" was trying to interfere the trial of Altantuya Murder Case.

"Those who seek the truth should challenge Najib and Shafee to deny that this correspondence took place between them. Perhaps a record of the messages still resides in the server of the relevant telecommunications company.", MalaysiaToday commented on the "SMS Scandal"
For further information, please CLICK HERE to view the full revelation of Najib - Shafee conversations.

This is sooo freakingly spooky... Najib is our future PM man.... Fuh!

The Inspired Video Maker

When I'm in YouTube, everyone knows I'll have only two things to watch,

  1. Music Videos

  2. MilMilxx's Videos

The scene in Possessed by Joker (A must see!)

Well, you and I knew what a MV is, but.......... milmilxx vids?

Dennis Lim, the director of all the MilMilxx videos in the YouTube and also a current JitSin sixth former, was once my childhood friend back in Grace Church more than 10 years ago. I did not keep in touch with him until I noticed his video production in YouTube one day, and I thought to myself, "Man, dont tell me these are his videos!?"

Erm.. Seriously, his mother looks as young as I used to see her ten years back, but Dennis....? All I can say is time flies! He is now no play play OLEDI! haha

Dennis ( Right ) and his actor in his earlier works.

Yes, Dennis was already directing his own movies when I met him last year, mostly short videos portraying the contemporary schoolboy and his daily life. And now he is already progressing into fabricating quality comedies that will make its viewers burst into laughters. Besides, from some of his self-recorded videos, Dennis exhibited his passion and talent in musics; in which are must-watch Vids for Piano lovers.

You might wonder why Dennis Lim uses "milmilxx" as his name in YouTube. Dennis is the director of all his videos, but what about the crews and the cameraman? He has his sister as his full-time cameragirl instead, and in this case, there are two Lim's in the production line. So, Lim <> miL . Two Lim's or LimLim <> miLmiL.

So, you get miLmiLxX lar of course :D haha

PLKN - Penat Letih Kau Nanti - A Popular PLKN Vid in the YouTube

He has just started his own personal blog, Dennis which provides updated information on his videos production to all his schoolmates, friends and YouTube followers.

To View ALL of his cool vids, please click here for his YouTube site.

So far, there are a total of 18 short movies under his YouTube account, and in which almost all are of his own guinuine work; and more are coming into completion soon. Among those films are:

Mysterious Barbie Doll

Short - Short Lunch

Bro Vs Sis - My Brother's 5 Loudest Scream

Possessed by Joker ( one of my all-time favourite of his vids)

Short CLip - Friends Can Change

A Letter To PM ~ by Zaid Ibrahim

THe first ever Malaysian cabinet member to resign due to disagreement to the administration has written a letter to our PM, Abdullah, to urge him not to hesitate in abolishing the misused ISA (Internal Security Act) before his expected step-down in the near future.

According to Zaid, by doing this, PM can at least do something that all Malaysians will remember forever before ending his own career as the head of Malaysia.

I do not have time to translate it into English version, so below is a copy of what Zaid has mentioned in his letter to the PrimeMinister of Malaysia.

Sources from Malaysiakini

2010 Power Transition at Stake

The plan to pass over his Prime Minister post to Najib in 2010 is not likely to happen, but instead everyone is expecting an early transition after the emergency supreme council meeting.

Abdullah told reporters, "This (postponement of the AGM) is to facilitate an early transition," which probably means that he would step down during or before the party meeting in March.

The date of the party polls will be extended to March.

Some say that he has to quit before the UMNO party polls to avoid embarassment of being ousted by his own party members.

Can't imagine what would our country become under Najib's ruling.... A dark-ER age for Malaysia , maybe? A C4 Era? Ah no no no... jz kidding lar Najib bro... :D

Petrol Price Reduced by 10 Cent

It has been confirmed that petrol and diesel price will be reduced to 2.45 Ringgit starting tomorrow.

10 Cents only ar? haiz..

When international fuel price hike, Gov raised the price to as high as 80cent increase. When the fuel price dropped below 100 USD per Barrel, they reduce a mere 10 cents. Pity Pity.

Remember, dont pump your car tonight!

Down and Deep We Shall Think About This

Wah.... Hazard..... I takut lor.

Wah... Ini ar? hehe.... U punya pasal lar..

First of all, this post is about some bad news in these few days, let alone what had happened to me a couple of days ago.

Politics, politics is so dirty in Malaysia. Perhaps filthy, nasty, cruddy, are some easily fathomable terms I can use to describe the social illness and also a big part of the politics of Malaysia.

Raja Petra, a blogger who revealed important documents that might be potentially harmful to certain politicians. Jailed in Kamunting, for at least 2 years, under ISA. Read back to all the posts I've pasted down here, and you know how many other civillians were being victimised, and more is about to come.

Our police force is so powerful that they can get orders from Syed Hamid Alba and arrest "potential hazards" of the countries, while they're such a frail and corrupted system that could not even provide Malaysians a better place to be.

Thor Joo Lee, the wife of an ex-Penang Exco member Lai Chew Hock, were brutally stabbed to death in Bukit Tambun yesterday night by 4 robbers. Approximately 2 hours before that, a famous seafood restaurant was also robbed of 8000 ringgit at least, by the same four suspects.

An Indian press boy was shot to death, in a suspected robbery as well, today.

A poor girl being killed and burnt after being abducted in Johor.

Perhaps its time for us to ponder, to think deep enough why the safety of Malaysians are being put at risks such as robbery and murder everyday, while the puppet-police have so plenty of time detaining "potential hazards" under ISA and spent a whole day questioning the Negarakuku artist.

Why?

Why cant our minister use their brains for greater good of Malaysians? I'm somewhat surprised by the stupidity of our untouchable Ministers that they proclaimed themselves working for the people, but why are we here to suffer for their selfishness?

Why?

I'm sad and down recently. I'm just sad.

Tan Hoon Cheng from Jit Sin ?

That is a question that somebody from Los Angeles asked, in the Google. I guess another caring JitSinese far away in the States. Well anyone who has further information about the Reporter caught under ISA please leave a comment here. Was she a JitSinese? We shall find it out.

By the way, Teresa Kok, one of the three ISA detainees, has been released today.
Teresa Kok complained about the food provided to her during the seven-days-jail-term, and even revealed that she was fed 2 boiled eggs for lunch, and another 2 boiled eggs with cucumber slice for dinner. "It is even worse than dog foods" She said to the reporter. Well dogs around my house certain eat better meal than you did ,Teresa. :P

Now Raja Petra is all alone in the jail. Haha. All the best RPK!

Abdullah Takes Over Defence Minister Post

I'm watching you darling....

Abdullah and Najib both made a swap in their ministerial post just now, which has sparked another wave of speculation on the future of the current Prime Minister.

Najib Razak was the Defence Minister, but now is given the Finance Minister I post which was previously held by the Prime Minister.

Is this a sign of the worsened internal strife among the UMNO ministers? Or could it be a precautionary step for the PM to prevent himself from being toppled down?

Personally I think it has nothing to do with the threats by Anwar Ibrahim to change the government, but its more like a Abdullah-Najib affair.

Lets sit back and watch this draaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaama!

Ready, But Not Yet

Facing tens of thousands of supporters, Anwar Ibrahim reassured his supporters that D-Day will come, asking them to wait patiently and expect a peaceful transition of government.

-Sources from Malaysiakini.com

The leader of the opposition party said today during the 916 countdown that Pakatan Rakyat is now ready to form a new government by 16th September 2008 and will approach the current Prime Minister to discuss about the handover of power.

"Tomorrow, we are ready. But the best time, I tell you, is when we have met the prime minister. A peaceful transition is paramount," he said.

So, most probably, the "Best Time" is obviously not on 916. It may be any other day in these few weeks. He did not reveal the numbers of defectors from BN but, with confidence, he said to the journalists, "I believe that the government will fall in the next few weeks."

I wish all Malaysians a peaceful and quiet 916, and at the same time, would like to urge everyone of you to be patient, as I believe the reformation of our country's politics is somewhere not far away.

Have You UMNO-ed ?

~If not you better shut up.

Three people with different backgrounds, a reporter, a Member of Parliament and a blogger, were being detained under Internal Security Act yesterday. Besides being heroes that fought for people's rights, the trio have something else in common, ----> they're not UMNOists.

ISA, or better known as Ikut Suka Aku, has been misused all along to detain Barisan's political rivals, or those who possessed potential harm for BN's survival in the political arena, since years ago. As long as you're a member of UMNO, you're practically a law-proof-superior being in Malaysia.

Tan Hoon Cheng - Reporter (freed today)
Detained by armed policemen in her house yesterday for alledgely putting "over-sensitive" news in SinChew Press. She reported in Sinchew that Ahmad Ismail said that Chinese are merely immigrants that can never have equal rights as Bumiputras.

Teresa Kok - Member of Parliament
Detaied by armed policemen in her house yesterday night;just because the Ex Menteri Besar Selangor accused her for not respecting Islam. Mere accusation, without proof, and proved to be a big LIE.

Raja Petra Kammarudin - Blogger
Detained twice since year 2001, RPK was sent to jail because other people left racist remarks in his blog. He was detained because OTHERS made mistakes.

Three people above, just like MANY other ISA detainees, they're not UMNO-ed yet. Not Yet...

Ahmad Ismail - UMNO member
Enjoying his life as a wealthy businessman in Penang even after uttering extremely racist remarks in the public. Refused to be responsible for his own actions. Claimed that he deserves an apology from the press and Chinese Leaders after being reported saying that Chinese are merely immigrants in Malaysia and will not enjoy equal rights as Bumiputras.

Same things happened to all other corrupted leaders in UMNO, for example the famous owner of Zakaria Palace, the AP Queen Rafidah Aziz, the young millionaire Khairy Jamaluddin, the famous Thamby Chik from Melacca, Khir Toyo from Selangor...... They're freemen, and the most common value they shared - They're dirty and UMNO-ed!

Do you want UMNO membership? Wish I could have one!!

Long Live UMNO...
*Um........ no!*

How To Screw You Ex

.... by tearing apart his/her photos!

The chief of UMNO Bukit Bendera has got himself in deep shit after making racist remarks against the Chinese. And he bullshited to the whole nation infront of their TV sets that, he is REPRESENTING the Malay community. How naive is that. Haha.

I've got Malay friends, Malay students, and also wonderful Malay colleagues... but none is behaving like him. WEIRD.

He launched some sweet attacks on Tan Sri Koh Tsu Koon, with his very own agenda. To seek revenge on a not-so-smooth relationships with his ex.

His application had violated the state law, that one cannot continue his/her job after serving as City Council for 4 terms. This guy begged to Dr.Koh like a kitten, to let him continue but, was refused. That is why his current fans torn Koh Tsu Koon photo into halves. Cool.

Let's see how YOU can do that like him too.

1. Get a chair if you're not tall enough to reach your Ex's photo. Take it DOWN!

2. Roar, "GRAAAHHHHH" like the kid in Tiger Biscuit Ads

3. Find the "Tear Here" Sign on your Ex's photo. Most "tear here" signs are located on the Middle of the side.

4. After tearing it apart, use your FINGERTIPS to hold it,to show him/her that its as disgusting as holding his/her underwear last time.

5. Grab it tight. This time with all your might and energy, grab it tight. You can as well burn it, and then dip it into a glass of water. The peak of the whole ceremony should be YOU DRINKING the mixture of the ashes of your ex's photo with the holy water.

If the techniques above do not help resolving your relationships issue, please KINDLY call either Azhar or Ahmad Ismail for more information.

Thank You Ahmad Ismail !

Terima Kasih Ahmad Ismail !

A million thanks to Ahmad Ismail, the UMNO division chief of Bukit Bendera for :

- Saying that Malaysian Chinese are immigrants !

(Yea so are you Indon!)

- Saying that Malaysian Chinese are like the American Jews!

(Yea, you're same kind as Bush by comparison ! Besides I take that as a compliment !)

- You have your supporter tearing Koh Tsu Koon's photo into half !

(Yea, I know you have the urge to put up Lim Guan Eng's photo!)

- Your "fanS" Azhar to said that SinChew reporter should be executed by shooting him to death.

(Yea, we knew UMNO is a little bit worse than Communist party.)

- EVERYTHING!

(So that Malay, Chinese and Indian would not vote for UMNO anymore! You have such a special political agenda by the way.)

Thank you Ahmad Ismail for revealing the ugly side of UMNO and its Barisan component party !

No worries, Tan Sri Dr. Koh Tsu Koon, we know you have got balls too!

Behind the Braille - Part II

Behind the Braille - Part II

Handling emotional situations like a farewell, to me is almost something I've mastered in my teaching career. I can bare the most awkward situations where students cry infront of me, and the worst I can ever imagine is some silly public confessions by cute little girls.

While packing my things and cleaning the mess on my table this morning, students who were acknowledged of my transfer came by my desk and looked at me with serious faces.

"Why so serious? "(was possessed by joker).

Those imps who I felt like crushing their skulls yesterday, appeared so quiet and obedient now, and one thing I like about their culture is that, the very basic respect they have for the elders. Of course, they wished me lucks, and I did not say much but replied with light nods and smile. The satisfaction of becoming a teacher is indeed not that kind of praise or approval to your services, but its to see your school kids learning something at school, discovering themselves as special individuals, each and everyone of them.

Nevertheless, my last day at work at the school today had not been like any others.

Although I wont be there anymore the next day, I still went into classes. I taught them something called Excellent Thoughts. Great philosophies by Bill Gates, Einstein, and Thomas Edison. I told them each person has their own thoughts, but not all are correct. Everyone has also their own flaws, but not all are always bad. In everybody, I believe that, there is something that really worth exploring and appreciating. Today, as usual, Sayuti leaned his chest forward, and both hands embracing his Braille typewriter. Listening to my speech carefully, he knew that I was leaving. Maybe that was why I did not see his usually casual, quiet grin.

This is Sayuti and his Braille Typewriter

Before my last lecture in that class ended, I held Sayuti's hands tight and said "Hey, remember to work hard no matter what..Read more books..err.. Refer to books always and remember to do alot of revisions before the exam. You gotta work hard ok?"

He did not raise his head up to me. But he kept nodding his head and said, " Ya Cikgu. Dapat Cikgu."

That hurts. I was just trying to be optimistic. Advising him to study more, so that he could become very outstanding one day. But I knew that his fate is just not gonna be like any of his friends around him. I knew what I said were contradicting my heartfelts, my so called "liang2 xin1". Dang, this is the feeling that is most awkward and annoying to me, in which I couldnt do much to hide my own distress.

I walked into the class with only 10 so-called 'excellent thoughts' in my hand; but I walked out the door with a million thoughts in my mind.

As I was preparing to punch out today, I deliberately peeked into that class again. And Anis, a Special Student like Sayuti, was actually guiding normal students who had missed their notes during the lectures. While she was reading the text out loud and confident to her friends, I felt that there is still a heck long way to go in their lives, and luckily, I can, at least, see their future in a piece, not shattered by their inability to see.

And without knowing it, I was smiling again, alone, from afar.

* I would like to thank Mr. Mohd. Zaman, one of the experienced teacher in Special Education Department for his care and love for the disabled. Unlike other teachers, he and his dedicated team have been sincerely helping a group of unfortunate kids in this society; guiding them when they need guidance, shining rays of hope into their lives in the future. *

Anwar's Majority Hits 15K

Based on a unofficial updates from the election center, Anwar has already secured Permatang Pauh ( P44 ) by winning a majority of more than 15600 votes, against his Barisan Nasional Opponent, Arif Shah.

Anwar has set a all time high record for Permatang Pauh's election as he gained more majority votes than his wife, the ex-president of Parti Keadilan in the previous election.
There were NO Barisan Nasional supporters present at Institut Perguruan Tuanku Bainun, to await the release of the by-election results.

Let's pray that we are really on the road to Putrajaya, and most importantly, heading towards a TRUE REFORMATION without racial discrimination and power abuse.

Behind the Braille

Behind the Braille - A True Story

The Braille typewriter - a wonderful creation.

My mom used to remind me over and over again, especially during the time when I felt so contented and proud of myself, she pounded into my head " Dear, many unfortunate people may not even have enough food to feed themselves, let alone to dream of doing something great. You're are lucky, and so am I, that we know we're still alive, at least"

Frankly speaking, I did not quite understand what philosophical values are present together with the words my mom told me, until the day I saw this boy. His name was Sayuti.

For the past few weeks I have been in this school, lesson after lesson I went into classes and quickly pack my things and go home when the school bell rang. Sayuti came into my attention when I received an unexpected interruption during one of my lesson, one day.

" Sir, can you please slow down your speed. I couldnt get everything you said."
" Ermm... oh yea...for sure."

The voice of this soft-spoken student had rocked my mood. For the very first time, I realised that there were somebody who actually paying their attention and listening to my English lecture. I felt good, but it was just after a split second when I tried to rewind what I had taught just a minute before, to double-check the mistakes that I mightd done. And I thought to myself, " None could have sensed any of my mistakes, if I had any."

But it was another second when embarassment striked me, infront of the whole class. Miraculously, nobody had made me felt embarassed, neither did Sayuti. The rest of the class were in their own business; clipping fingernails, reading magazines, and most of them, slept in my class. But as far as I could remember in a flash just before Sayuti raised his stick-like-skinny-hand and came in to interject my boring jet-speed lecture,- the mechanical sound of the typewriter had never halted. The intensity of the machine's hum would end with a light and sharp "Ding!", each time it had been around for about half a minute.

It was Sayuti and his braille typewriter. I knew his eyes were sunken deep into the sockets, making vision something impossible to him. Maybe because of this impairment, he had been very sharp in his hearing and I can say he had perfect sensibility at the end of his fingers. Everytime when I started my lesson, he would incline the position of his skull, facing me and as if he was "looking" at me, I knew he wasnt though. He would even nodded or simply said "yes, sir" whenever I asked for response from the class, and whats more impressive is that, everything happened together with his fingers hitting on the England-made Braille Typewriter, fast and accurate, producing some small-embossed Braille codes on that oversized Mahjong paper.

"And what if the rest of Sayuti's physically normal classmates lose their eyesights one day, and will never see anything anymore?"
This question struck my head.
Men will never really appreciate something until they're on the verge of losing it.
Sayuti was born blind. But he seemed so brave. He never wanted to miss out anything in his life.

I had an unusual feeling that had me preoccupied with for minutes.

Stood infront of the class, I heard his voice again.
"What are you waiting for, Sir?"
"ah.. Nothing....Let's get back to the text..."

As I went on with my explanation on the Sonnet18,
the vivid tapping sound of the Braille typewriter continued,
to find its way out,
and perhaps the way will never lead him to great success in life,
but I'm certain it is something called DETERMINATION and COURAGE.

I would like to dedicate this entry to my physically-impaired students, and also to all disabled schoolgirls and schoolboys around the world.

=====================================
=====================================

也没有停止过;

Father of Democracy in Malaysia

Bapa Demokrasi - Pak Lah

After getting so many blames from its own party members, thinking of the positive side of PakLah making me feel that he is the one that has opened up the door of democracy that has long lost since the fall of Tunku Abdul Rahman.

I'm not saying that the Cabitnet line ups under PakLah's before this general election was good or open minded, but at least, Abdullah himself had done at least, the best for its people to speak up loud. Although there have been many cases of civil-right abuse in Malaysia under his reign, his lenient enforcement(or control) towards the alternative media is one good thing he had given to Malaysians.

I believe blogging would have been illegalised should Dr M continued to rule Malaysia till now.
I believe that online newspaper like Malaysiakini and Malaysia Today would have been banned with their owners jailed under ISA if Dr M is still our Prime Minister now.

So, on the verge of losing all he has now, no matter what happen to him next, I would still like to respect and salute our Father of Democracy.

Long Live Democracy in Malaysia.

KULI Roars

On the way to a brand new reformation, Khir VS Mukhriz is a fight that anticipate many, but at the same time, KuLi the UMNO veteran member fired at his own party for its weaknesses.

Being unhappy with the poor election results this term, KuLi has not just put the blame on our Prime Minister, but also publicly critisized two prominent UMNO Youth Leaders, intimating that they do not have the qualities to lead the Malays and also the Party to a brighter future.

"In a party where its members are not allowed to critisize the leaders; and whenever whoever that stand out and pin point the mistakes, they'll be taken as challenging the leaders; the party is not going to proceed further..." KuLi said this as an indication that UMNO is falling into a stage where Malays themselves do not trust it anymore and Non-Malays started to feel that UMNO does not care for them.

Besides KuLi says " Some students from Oxford or Havard can be very intelligent and smart. But some of them do not have their own culture and lack of knowledge, these people cannot be supported as the Leaders of UMNO." , which is as sharp as an edged knife, blasting Khairy for not knowing his own people's culture and needs.

"There are some racial psychopatics who love waving the Keris (Malay Dagger) and provoke the feelings of non Malays, inciting angers among them for no reason.", he says , indicating that Hisham's action has not been accepted by non-Malay, and some Malays as well.

Now i started to feel the heat and the need for a change in UMNO. And KuLi started it right away after the general election.

It's Not Easy

It's Not Easy

Sometimes when I need you the most;

Sometimes when I cry in the bed for you;

Sometimes I see the stars and the moon i think of you;

Sometimes memories are blown away by the wind just like the fallen leaves;

Sometimes...

Sometimes after a few summers and winters

My heart sounds clearer, beat by beat

My mind is set free like the bird in the sky.

Sometimes...

Your picture in my head is replaced with grief and sorrow

and Sometimes

It is just not easy to let you go .

A lyric from my mind, A few words right from my heart.

Bloggers Are NOT Stupid

Bloggers Are Not Stupid

.

Is Abdullah Ready for a War of Technology?

.

Controlling the mainstream media and manipulating them for government propaganda is just not enough. That is the hidden message our PM, Abdullah tried to tell everybody today while officiating a investment programme in Kuala Lumpur. He says, government's indifference towards the internet had cost them dearly. " Young people nowadays are getting information through sms-es and also online." & " It is a serious mistake that we the government did not pay much attention to the hightech media."

.
I hope this is a time when all the Barisan Nasional leaders have to start giving freedom and not controlling the mainstream media. To me, personally, this would only cause irritation to the citizens as they felt that they're being fooled like kids.

.
There is a chinese proverb " when things come to an extreme, they would certainly go against the force" , and I believe this is what had happened to the Malaysian politics. The only "On Air" time for the opposition party was when opposition is to take any blame from the government, and also when the Anwar-dancing-video kept repeating over and over again.
.

I Not Stupid 2 !

.
And I can still remember very clearly when our brother, Zainudin Maidin openly critisized bloggers as " stupid ". Whats more is that, I've seen the Circular warning published to warn all the Newspaper publishers not to take any information from the Blogs as their stories. To me, one of the biggest mistake for Abdullah was not being unable to take incharge of the internet, but it is indeed the government's disrespect to the internet users, especially the bloggers and also to the whole blogosphere.

The Quiet One Makes The Loudest Noise

Today, two weeks after the miserable defeat, and finally, Samy Vellu, who is said to be the most quiet minister in Malaysia, made his first moan in a few decades.

PAST : Remember Samy blasted the Hindraf and the opposition party for being "noisy"? According to Samy Vellu, critics know only how to make noise. And our so called "free & independent" media helped our not-that-noisy minister to convey his message to the people of Malaysia.

I never make noise like you, Hindraf boys!

NOW : As the government itself, Samy Vellu wants the "government" (he himself lar) to take immediate action and implementations that were promised earlier. He said "We want the Indian community to move forward with the other communities" (tell you lar, only after he kalah then baru he says such a thing) .He had even said "You (the opposition) have been elected to form governments in several states. Do not just point fingers at anyone. Tell the people of your plans to uplift them socially and economically," (again i tell you, Samy is an expert at pointing fingers at people).

Whatever it is, one advice to everyone, dont speak too little while you're on the throne.

HISHAM THE DOUBLE-STANDARD

Hisham : No To Illegal Gathering.
I say : What about this?

As a high-profile leader of the "Malay community protector" before the election, Hisham had once again fail to walk the talk. He stood firmly on his stand that illegal gathering will remain illegal, but this is what we get : Racist Demonstration in Selangor. I truly believe that these protestors are merely UMNO die hard fans, or they're paid to do clown shows by the road side.
Where are those people in the photo? ISA? No. ISA is used to tackle Barisan's political rival. They're not even questioned and just let go like nothing had happened.
They should be brought to justice, and sued under the Act of Sedition.
Jail them.
Jail and punish the racial provocateurs.
UMNO's failure to keep those minions away from the street has once again slained its own integrity in the rakyat's heart.
I have nothing to say, to me, the UMNO leaders are a bunch of monkey in the circus.

KULI To Run For UMNO Presidency

In the midst of the "follow-up" problems after Barisan Nasional failed to retain its 2/3 majority, one man has appeared to the public once more to "save" UMNO from its struggle to revive its political influence,--- KuLi.

Tengku Razali, or better known as KULI was the backbone of the coalition to counter Mahathir during his reign. After more than a decade of hibernation in the political arena, the MP of Gua Musang has voiced up, and said he would run for presidency in the coming next UMNO party election. He also said that " those who held responsible for everything should not be sleeping anymore", stating that he would hold a meeting to discuss the recent set-back of UMNO in general election, in depth.

KuLi, who was also the head of famous Semangat 46, is at his 70's now, but sounded young when interviewed. He says "I'm still young. I can accept the challenge from anyone as I still have pontential in politics." " The annual conference of UMNO is going to be loaded with problems, and I think that we should discussed more on the failure of UMNO in the recent general election. He also asked sarcastically, " Are they(UMNO Leaders) still in a deep sleep after loosing the authority in five states?"

Is KuLi a savior to the Intra-UMNO-Crisis? We will wait and see.

UMNO Vs Unity

UMNO VS UNITY
I can still remember what the UMNO people had cited in the press just a few days ago, when LimKitSiang had announced to the public to boycott the Mentri Besar Perak. They said " The action of boycotting the MB selected by the State Sultan is a mean of contempt towards the royal." Remember? As if they're the loyals to the royal.

In Chinese proverb, there is a famous saying " The elephant trunk wont grow from a dog's mouth". While I'm not trying to describe these UMNO people as "d*g", I'd say that they're at least a group of human being with deformed mouths, whereby elephant trunks growing out from their mouths just like that. ------> They like bullshitting.

The statement made above is proven to be true, when even Abdullan Badawi himself had spoken out. He had elected the original Menteri Besar to hold the MB post, which is also a sign of disapproving the candidate chosen by the Perlis Royal Highness. Did I hear it wrong? Is UMNO trying to go against the will of Raja Perlis? What about the so called "UMNO supporters" (or maybe the UMNO members) who voiced their support to the ex-Perlis MB, Shahidan, named by our Prime Minister, which is also an act of disobeying the Raja Perlis? ..................Double standards? Hipocrisy? Dont ask me.

Besides, when it comes to power in politics, even the "united" UMNO has started to show signs of breaking up into pieces. Mukhriz vs PM is expected to be a hot-newly-released-drama.I would like to urge these people, to respect and obey their State Ruler. It is a total contempt towards the Royals to go against their will, especially when they really mean to do something. I also hope that the Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah can set an example to their "loyal supporters" left, so that to behave in good manner and also to obey the Consitution of Malaysia.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Maybe I should remind Pak Lah about his Rukun Negara Program.Pak Lah, please follow after me.....

say, Taat Setia Kepada Raja Dan Negara > means being loyal to the King and the Country, you dont go against a Raja's will.

and, please drink a cup of plain water to ensure that you're able to repeat after me.

say, Keluhuran Perlembagaan > means supremacy of the constitution, you cannot do as you like without following the rules and constitution.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Feel like sleeping Pak Lah? Better wake up now before its too late. Racial and religious issues do not work on Malaysians ANYMORE,and the real and genuine UNITY is on the way against racism . Wake up Pak Lah.
